    Default Mince recipes

We buy beef mince a lot, it's part of every weeks menu purely because its cheap. but I am getting really bored with it and don't know what else to make using it. Our usuals are:
    Spag Bol
    Rissoles
    Hamburger patties
    Sausage rolls

I used to do curry and tacos as well but that's off the menu now as any thing even mildly spicy gives me heartburn with this bub on board. I did make sang Choy bow last week for something different and it was really yummy.
    Any other ideas?

Stroganoff but just use mince instead of beef strips/cubes.

Thanks everyone. Beef chow mein sounds great. It's so easy to get stuck in a rut of cooking the same things.
