I'm getting to find out first hand now what it's like. The joys of severe morning sickness. Rooms seem nice - showers seem small. I'm in a shared room but I expected that. Not happy I can't see my own obs but its here day in the delivery suite. Been admitted under dr Lowe. Hopefully he is nice

Hope you feel better soon, sucks that you can't see your ob. We searched low and high in Newy to find one that didn't 'time share'..

Thanks for the wishes, finally back home. They have put me on zofran to stop the nausea. Seems to be working so far. The hospital itself seems nice. Most of the staff seem nice only 2 seemed off with the fairies while I was there, one I asked twice about getting into my pjs and she said she would ask the 2nd time she turned my drip off coz the alarm was going off and she didn't know what to do. 3 hours after I 1st spoke to her and an hour after she turned off the drip there was a shift change and another nurse helped me get changed and fixed my drip. The new nurse was lovely. The only other issue I had was that one of the other nurses went to write my obs on the chart for the other bed in my room. Apart from that the place seemed pretty good. Hopefully I won't have to go back before bubs is born though

Im due any day now with car seat installed, bags packed and ready to go. Just wondering if anyone knows if NPH has wifi? I know they have the Web Cam for the cot but it seems a bit awkward and impersonal and I'd prefer to be able to skype and actually speak to my sister in Canada. I will organise for an Internet usb otherwise.
    Thanks :-)
