Default How long should I hold my baby upright

My DD has reflux. How long should I keep her upright after a feed at night?

Ds had reflux for months! He was on losec which helped so so much. But to your question I just held him up until he had a burp and mini spew then he was down. But his cot was on bricks at one end so he never really was flat. We just took the bricks away now and he is 1.
So definitely do the one end of the bed up. Doc told me to do that.
    Poor bubba it's horrible!!

We are on losec at the moment. I find I hold her up for approx half an hour. But she has to have several burps/spews (and often the other end too!) before she will sleep
