    Yes.. We have a patch to paint over because of a silly hook.

    Ive never had one rip off paint and ive used them in several rentals for years. Ive literally removed them and placed in different spots while still in the same house so ive prob done it over two dozen times...As far as i know that can only happen if they are removed incorrectly?

    Dunno, im just going by my experience and ive never had an issue

    We had a 3M hook rip paint off our wall too, a huge chunk. Real estate said it was probably cos the house was painted on the cheap (not the only issue we've had with the paint lol)
