Default ergo baby infant insert question

I am not sure if this is in the right place but if anyone has the ergo with infant heart to heart insert, could you please help?

Today I bought this carrier. I am loving it and baby was pretty happy in there when we tried it out at home. She is one month old. I couldn't figure out what was happening with her head. It either came forward onto my chest which is a no no or it seemed like she was holding it up herself which is not good.
I can only think that i need to realease it more so she leans back more on the insert.

    Is that right?

Have you had a look at u tube clips showing how to use the insert? DS is 4 mths now so we no longer use it - I think that his head leant forward a little bit onto my chest though. It never bent his chin forward though so no risk to his breathing. Will see if I can find a photo from when we were using it.ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1364300637.826629.jpg

I think he was about 10 weeks here.
He always loved the insert, but I admit that I am not sure we used it in the "correct" way. He always seemed comfy and well supported though.
