    Welcome Sophs

Your more than welcome to join this is my first month of Puregon. I found it much better mood swing wise and hot flush ect than Clomid I was a dragon lady on that horrid drug.

Hmm maybe he was having a bad day. To be honest I can't remember what my cm was like on my first cycle. But I'm proof that it doesn't have to take a few cycles for your body to get used to it. I was no where near ovulating on 150mg of clomid but I managed to on my first FSH cycle. Although I was on a dose of 92 purgeon at the point of ovulation. As your body is ovulating on the lower dosage I can't see why they would need to put you on a high dose anyway. When do you see him next?

Yay, I'm glad to hear the book has lifted your spirits.

I've never used O tests as have heard they can be quite unreliable for pcos women. May just dtd in case but I think it's unlikelt to have happened yet.

Yes he must have been. He didn't even make sense as to when I need to see him next he said the 3rd of May that will be passed ovulation by then.
Yeh when I was on Clomid I never got a O reading but I tried this month and it seemed to work I used the maybe baby saliva one. Really it just helped confirm what I already knew I know when I O due to the pain I get.

Yep off to do a big shop tomorrow to get all the ingredients I need for my Sugar Free life I'm super excited there are some yummy dessert recipes in there hehe!!!

Thanks for letting mechat with you! I had specialist who would just quickly say things and then pretty much push me out her door. She has now moved to another state and I love my new specialist! She has so much patience for questions and explains things really. She also knows I hate not knowing what's coming so she tells me the plan for next month and gives me any scripts I need. Hopefully yours was just in a bad mood!

Yeh he has his good days and bad days and has a reputation of being very blunt and crude at times. He is good and has got good success I'm just his difficult patient so he tells me lol in the respect I haven't gotten pregnant yet. That could be the problem he maybe getting frustrated. But he's the only one here and the next closest one for me is 600kms away.

I'm glad you have a patient FS that's great and definitely needed with the stress of it all! Also great she works to your needs and gives you a heads up of what's coming next

Twisty - Can you give them a call back and check if you can see him earlier? If your not pregnant this cycle it would be strange that he would't want you to do injections again next cycle. Do they have nurses at the clinic too that you could have a chat with? It sucks that you are so far away from another one so you can't get a second opinion. What state are you in? Mmmm love desert!!

Sophs - It is such a relief having an amazing FS. I love mine he is actually a professor and specialises in pcos. He has helped create 2 different FS clinics here in SA so definetly knows his stuff. He is quite old so I'm just hoping he doesn't retire before I've completed my family .... bit selfish I know lol. Yay for spotting. Tomorrow would be considered day 1 as long as it is a full flow. So you would then start injections on Sunday. What dosage are you starting on?

I'm in W.A. No the weird thing is he wants me to do the injections from day two for ten days :/ No he doesn't have any nurses or anyone I could talk to unfortunately. I was never a dessert fan till I was told I wasn't allowed it haha!!!!

Sops: that's great now you can get started on the next part of your journey has full flow AF come now?

It hasn't quite come on full flow yet. Hoping now that I'm up and about it will.

Love-monkey, I am starting on a dose of 75. Started really low on clomid as even though I have pcos, I'm skinny and have no insulin issues, but got all the way to 100mg and still didn't really work. I think she is going to be less cautious with the fsh.

Yay! Proper AF arrived just before lunch so I guess I'll start puregon tomorrow. Do you take yours in the morning or at night?
