    Default GF Diet

    Is it safe to go on a Gluten Free Diet at 32 weeks.??
    If so does anyone have any ideas of good recipes

    Im pretty sure it's safe to go on a GF diet. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my partner found out he was GF intolerant when I was 11 weeks pregnant. Ever since then I have had a mostly gf diet as its easier to make one meal then seperate ones! I find many snacks are not filling enough though.

    GF diet is perfectly fine during pregnancy.
    It can be quite low in fibre though, so be aware of choosing foods that are higher in fibre.

    I was on a gluten free diet since I was 6 weeks pregnant with DS. There's nothing wrong with it at all. As long as you keep up with your veggies and fruit, you'll be fine.
    I felt so much better on a gluten free diet and my body absorbed vitamins and minerals more than normal.
