    Default Losing weight whilst BF and supply

    I'm feeling kind of down about my current post baby body, but I'm worried that if I try to reduce my kilojoule intake to do something about it that I might adversely affect my supply.

    Previously I've lost weight successfully on the 5000kj (1500 cal) lite n easy program when not BF, any suggestions on what would work whilst BF and if there's any particular foods I should concentrate on to help maintain supply?

    Weight watchers. I'm down 20kg in 5 months and still bf. no drop in supply as I am allocated plenty of points as I am bf. very easy to stick to

    Im due in 3 weeks and was thinking of weight watchers ive put on 20 Kgs so far good to her your supply hasnt been affected
