Default Posting here for traffic - UTI?

My DD (3yrs, 4months) was a bit out of sorts this morning and when I picked her up from day care this afternoon they said she had wet her pants twice today, once after just coming back from the toilet. When I was putting her to bed earlier she was telling me she had a sore tummy, but pointing above her belly button, but she wasn't crying or particularly sooky. Now she has a fever. Does this sound like a UTI?

Could be. It can cause vomiting too.
