I wear active wear every day, and it's mostly cheap rubbish from k-mart/target/etc. I wear it with running shoes. I don't like how daggy it looks, but comfort wins out every time for me. Plus when I go for a walk/jog in the afternoon, it means that I don't need to get changed for it. I was talking to my psych the other day about how I'd like to dress better to feel more "together" and attractive, but that being a housewife I don't see the point in buying "nice" casual clothing that I'm just not comfy in, cause it'll end up sitting in the wardrobe! She suggested that I invest some money in feminine, quality active wear from somewhere like Bloch. Might save up my pennies and check it out..

Oh dear... If I'm not in my Work uniform it's a stretchy beach dress which just slips on with a pair of thongs. That said you're doing well if you actually put a pair of shoes when leaving the house

I don't understand this 'active wear' business. I'm not sure now I even know what y'all mean by 'gym clothes'. I went for a run yesterday in plain dark grey yoga pants and a plain every day black t-shirt. I would wear that to the shops fo sho. But I jogged past another woman wearing leggings with the contour stripes on them and a bright orange racer back singlet. So then I realised maybe that was 'gym clothes' and no, I wouldn't wear that to the shops. I wouldn't even wear it to the gym!
