Default Pre-employment medical and sick child

So I have a pre employment medical tomorrow afternoon but now my toddler is sick and so can't go to daycare. He just has a sore throat and gp confirmed its a virus and advised keeping him home from daycare. Trouble is I now have this appointment tomorrow and can't get anyone to look after him while I go. Do u think it would be ok to take him with me? He's not walking so would be in his stroller and the medical is at a specialised centre, not at the employers. I really can't even change it as its unlikely he will go to dc Tuesday either and then is with me the rest of the week anyway. Btw it's an office job so nothing major will be done during the medical. Your thoughts please???

I would take him and apologise on arrival that you didn't have any alternative. They should be fine and if not, well bad luck.
