    You can submit the application to change the orders to the court yourself, it just needs to be properly drafted and signed by both parties and witnessed by a JP.

    If XH and I can't agree with a change then we generally go by the court orders.

    In terms of the phone contact, you can't really force him to call but I would definitely document it in case it comes up again. The drop off point I would stick to.

    I said to him on the phone the other night that the girls need to two phone calls a week as they are very unsettled. He has sort of agreed, but up to him now. I will just take note of the times that are missed and any if there are any comments made by the kids.
