I had the most painful boobs with my first pregnancy. I would cry from the pain some days. I found being cold made it worse. Using heat seemed to relieve some of the pain for me. Hot water bottles or heat packs. If I was at work I would stand under the hand dryer blowing hot air down my shirt.

It does get better as the weeks go on.

I had such sore boobs this time, horrific!! Only now are they getting a bit better at 18 weeks!! Nothing I did helped them. I found it so strange because I didn't have with DS.

I've already bought a maternity bra for mine! Way more comfy than a regular bra as they have no underwire and I'm going to need to start sleeping with one on.
