But, I never will because the word is just so synonymous with the cleaning product.
Put it this way, in a thread long ago, someone commented on kids in Africa being named after household products in the west. The name they used as an example was Ajax. *sigh*

I read this thread too, actually where I got the idea from!

Also, where I come from, Jax means toilet or bathroom.
So both names wouldn't work for me.
    To each their own though

Just out of interest - where is it that you're from? I haven't heard Jax used as slang for toilet before... (honestly just curious...I love hearing new slang and local terms for things!).

I love Ajax too. We wanted it for a boy's middle name but aren't game because of the cleaning product

I just googled Ajax out of curiosity and this is what I got....(whilst most ppl refer to the name for a cleaning product) I had no idea ......The term Ajax has come to represent a broad group of web technologies that can be used to implement a web application that communicates with a server in the background, without interfering with the current state of the page. In the article that coined the term Ajax.

Definitely Ajax spray and wipe! The whole jingle starts playing through my head.... "the one morning we could lie in, our daughter comes in crying"! Hahaha, I loved that ad.
