    Default Cramps after exercise

    Hi ladies,
    This is my 3rd month ttc. My most fertile days were over the weekend just gone.
    I went for a light workout tonight and for the first 15minutes I had some period like cramping which was slightly uncomfortable, But then It went away.
    Sounds silly but should I be worried about the cramping? Maybe I should stop exercise after my fertile days.
    Or it could be nothing at all and I could be over thinking things!

    I had cramping this month when I ovulated & I wasn't exercising. I would say its normal and exercise wouldn't of caused it. Maybe ask a professional if you are really worried.
