    Default Easy cookie recipe

    Does anyone have one? I'm not the most talented in the kitchen, put it this way I was banned from cooking in grade 8. So just something simple that I could make and use my new dinosaur cookie cutter.

    look up the 120 biscuit recipe I use it all the time and just change the flavours

    Choc chip cookies:

    Combine into a bowl and cream using electric mixer
    1 egg yolk
    125g butter
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup caster sugar
    1/2 tspn vanilla essence

    Then add to make dough
    1.5 cups self raising flour
    As many choc dots as you like

    It's really quick and easy. I made them yesterday but then forgot about them once they went into the oven. So sad
