I have a city mini and it's great, doesn't have an adjustable handle though and the storage is not huge but you could always use a mummy hook as well if you needed more. Super compact, it's well padded but if using for a newborn I would use a snuzzler as well.

I have joined it, but the prices are so varied. Is $200 reasonable?

I don't find it that much smaller and it's not worth paying that much when I already have a plus that I do like.

I second the steelcraft agile plus. I had a baby jogger city mini and it didn't have padding, nor could the handle be adjusted. the steelcraft agile plus can have the handle adjusted to suit height and has padding, plus the large hood like the city mini. much cheaper too.
