Do you have school age children who worry about the environment, the earth, and global warming? I want her to worry about when her teeth will fall out, whether the tooth fairy will come, and stuff like that.
Not what I am saying at all. As a kid I was always worried about the animals dying/pollution etc. I was always picking up rubbish and cutting up dads beer can thingies. But it never felt like a burden I had to carry, because I was focused on all the things that I could do and fueled a passion to make change. Most of the people I work with/ studied with were little greenies long before high school.

My son is currently worried about people dying so I imagine we will be crossing this bridge in a few years

That link didn't really have any info on it. No population numbers.
From what I found, the link Sonja provided is from a website that is only a couple years old and seems to be kept up to date so I would assume that link is recent.

Yeah. I guess we need to keep that sort of info under wraps. We can't have people knowing what species are being affected by climate change.
It must be some amazing research.

This coming from the guy that won't divulge his occupation or climate friend links?

Actually, most of the biological research work done in the country is paid for by private industry, so Clementine probably cannot quote specific information as it is not public knowledge and covered by confidentiality agreements.

What I do or who I know is irrelevant. Qualifications do not change facts.
However, one saying that I have seen 'stuff', but then not saying what the 'stuff' is, is pretty weird. I find it amazing that she has seen first hand the effect of 'climate change', but fails to explain how.

Is that why you can't explain what you have seen first hand with our forests? I'd be amazed if they have detected the 0.15C/decade increase in temperature.
