Not the green team though, they are so sweet.!
Yep, people who hate themselves end up (knowingly or unknowingly) punishing their children for it.

I think it would be hard to do on the outside. Once you go back to your life and don't live in a gym.

I've met one of the girls from the black team ( from the family series) can not remember her name but she looked good, her sister was struggling and trying to get back to the gym.

But it would be hard after.
Yeah it would be hard. Margie was also a bit of an apple (or 'keg shaped' as DH calls it) so she's always going to look thick through the middle.

Rosemary is Truly horrific human. I'd be appalled at myself for swearing like that on national TV.

I'm glad they were eliminated. I don't think Kevin needs to be there UNTIL his mind needs to be there. No good only putting in a half arsed effort.

I'm also getting peeved with the light blue team he girl having wobblys and carrying on...

I'm quite impressed with the orange team I forgotton those names but he girl that wants to be in the army her crop top really showed a waist line on her and her mums skin seemed to be glowing.

I agree about Gerald and Todd what champs! I'm right behind them!

Does anyone actually know the meal plans they have? Or what they eat? Aside from key's popcorn chicken lol!

Rosemary is a prime example of trashy bogan eww. Her denial and her poo weak apology were horrible. Either way they were going to be kicked out and no way would I let them stay with her attitude! ffs.

Yes the orange team seem to be going under the radar a bit but I really like them.
The light blue team pee me off so bad! They're both spoiled brats (The dad is just as bad as the girl. What about when he peed Michelle off and she went off at him??) His daughter has just learned the same poo attitude.

Hmmm I'm not sure http://thebiggestloser.com.au/healthy-recipes.htm that's not really an answer to what they're supposed to be eating but worth sharing anyway I think if you join their diet club then you'll prob be put on something really similar lol.

I heard Shannon say they exercise twice a day and need to burn 600 calories at each session and eat 1000 calories a day. That's insane!

    In Michelle's 12wbt it's 1000 in 500 out

Yeah the approach at the biggest loser is definitely not healthy. The whole concept is bad - losing weight should not be a race. I can't believe Michelle thinks it's a golden moment when someone pukes..!

Their calories out has to far exceed their cals in so their body can eat itself. When you're as obese as some of those contestants you could lose weight just by being alive (if they didnt eat excessive cals), their body would take so much energy just to function at that weight.

I think it's dangerous. With at that time in the gym, they need food to burn.
