Default Medicare backpay for two week check up

I've applied for baby's Medicare number but still don't have it. Does anyone know if they back pay the money later if I take her for her two week check up?

Ring Medicare they will give you number over phone . Or go in and they can print out the number on paper. They do reimburse too

We had about 3 drs appointments before I received my DS's Medicare number/card. We were charged $40 for each appointment but once we received his card we were able to be reimbursed by Medicare for all the appointments.

Pharmacies have a number they can call to get the number for you. Maybe duck into one and get them to do it
