    Default Very tired!

So 10 month old DD was awake between 11.30 and 2.30 last nights as she thought it was playtime. No idea why! She might be teething, has been a bit constipated lately but seems to be getting better and is otherwise on good health. Any ideas? Hoping for no repeat tonight!

My little guy did the same thing for a little while around the same age. I tried to not engage him and only went in to comfort if he was getting upset. I am sure things will calm down again soon - they like to keep us on our toes!

Did she wake to feed then?
Maybe a one off or could be a phase...

    Suggestions:
    Change her bedtime
    Shorten afternoon nap
Don't give any communication besides ssh it's night time. Feed and change her if needed and put back to bed.

My DS was up for 3 hours in the early morning and I thought he might of needed a poo. He did a nice poosplosion 5 this morning so pretty sure it was that! If DS plays at night I know he either needs a poo or he's getting a tooth coming through and once thats over his sleep is better. I hope your little one has a better night tonight
