    Default Symptom remedies.

I am only 5 weeks and the symptoms are kicking my b*** between severe constant nausea and rock hard and sore b**bs I don't know what to do. Any advice on how to make my bbs feel better or the nausea go away?

    Congrats on your pregnancy

I can't help with the sore boobs but I swear my nausea was helped with plain salted potato chips! Red Rock Deli was my brand of choice. I've heard this has helped others too. You can also try ginger (tablets, tea, biscuits, ginger beer). I found the ginger biscuits helped with my energy levels more than nausea though!

For the nausea I found blackmores morning sickness tablets really helped - it didn't go away completely but they definitely took the edge off Hope that helps x
