    Lite n easy is normal healthy food just portioned. I'd recommend 1500 calorie for BF and if your hungry you just have a snack but a healthy snack. As long as you keep water up. I think it's a better option than shakes.
    Exercising affects taste of BM as well so make sure y feed first then exercise.

    They didn't affect your supply? I've been naughty too. I've put more weight on after baby than during pregnancy and its depressing me!!!

    My supply was fine having 2 smoothies with fruit, 2 snacks and one meal. I lost weight quite fast too.

    However... I didn't find it sustainable, I am just the sort of person that needs to eat not drink my meals! And as soon as I stopped I put the weight back on.

    Everyone is different though

    We have a 6 month old and were finding it hard to find the time to make healthy meals each night so were often resorting to takeaway, so ordered Lite n Easy dinners and eat our own food for the rest of the day. This has saved us time (not money though as its not cheap) and stopped us gaining more weight.
    We're working on the rest of our diet first and starting to see results, then plan to stop the dinners overtime. But for now they're convenient and definitely helping with weight loss.
    I've lost 5 kilos so far and it hasn't impacted on my supply (roughly 1 kg a week) but I have a fair bit to lose and an oversupply so not sure how it would affect others.

    we have a family members who work for lite n easy, we get the meals all the time, they are fantastic. Not going on any programs or anything staff can just buy boxes of meals a few times a year. We are always stocked up when baby comes and i pretty much live off them, I have never had an issue with it effecting my supply, like others have said its just a balanced diet and controlled portions. It is a good option for healthy eating, I honestly wouldnt go on a program while breast feeding but the convenience of the main meals is great and saves you buying take away and you can always head down to the super market for the fresh fruit and snacks they have in the kit anyways
