    Hi kelbel
Sounds like I might be in a similar situation to you. I just got told today that I have hyper stimulated and my e2 is over 27000. They said they will epu but there will be no et for 2 months (2 cycles to recover) and I am at high risk for ohss. So thats a freeze all. I am also only visiting Perth (live remotely) and they say I can't even fly home until I am in the clear of ohss. Am disappointed to have no et and just hoping my epu goes well and there are good quality embies to freeze!
Feeling crappy today but hearing about your good quality embies is uplifting. Fingers crossed!

Hey there. Know what u mean about getting down about it. But it really is for the best. My advice is at least one powerade and 2-3 litres of water a day and start that before ur retrieval. I had minimal symptoms after. The first two days I was very sore but after that every day my swelling would go down and I started feeling heaps better. Are they putting you on cabogolene?? My e2 was at 30000 two days before retrieval when I started cabogolene by retrieval it had already started to drop and was at 27800.
Good luck for ur retrieval!! Hope it goes well for you. I'm now day 2 of my first cycle after epu. Have an appt day 21 to get tablets for HRT next cycle for transfer.

Thanks for the tips I will do. EPU tomorrow! They haven't given me anything to lower the high e2 levels other than switching to lucrin for my trigger last night. I saw my FS today which was good and he told me I will do a HRT cycle next for FET so sounds like I will be following your footsteps. I'm glad as the HRT means I don't need to fly to Perth until transfer time = less work stress. Thanks again and look forward to hearing more of your experience!

Ask ur fs about cabogolene for the ohss. Most of the girls I have spoken to that have gone on it have had minimal ohss symptoms.

So had EPU 2 days ago. They didnt get as many eggs as they had expected. Apparently there were some issues although they never told me what they were! So they got 15 eggs and today advised that 10 fertilised and looked great and would be frozen today! Yay! I am still quite bloated and sore - cant leave the house or do anything but otherwise fine. Started on provera to bring on AF. They said today I could feel like this until AF comes - not happy about that cos that will be a while away! But at least I have some frozen embies for next time!

Seeking Angels: just wondering why they didn't do a transfer when they didn't get as many eggs as they thought? Bummer you have to freeze all.

I guess because I was still at risk of OHSS. I already have it mildly as is they think if I was to transfer I would get it quite badly. It would have been good to get it all done now but not if I would be so sick.

Kelbel: will you be taking proluton in your HRT cycle?? Clinic nurse told me today I will need to and that (being country) I may not be able to get the injection here and that it is intra-muscular and is usually administered by them. I am confused because my FS had told me I could do HRT cycle because I was country and this would mean I could do it all from home and just fly down for the actual transfer. Grrr. So confused!!

Nah mine said it was all tablets and that there was a lot less time that I needed to be at the clinic. Is there no other options for you??
