I would imagine it wont be a full on cycle though as you don't need the eggs the next time. I would ask them when you speak to them tomorrow.

Goodluck for the results. I hope they all make it to day 3.

Hi kelbel as much as it sucks having to wait all over again there has been a lot of research on freeze all cycles that suggest that when you have fet your body will be in much better condition an that some fresh cycles after large numbers of eggs your body may not take the embryo

I believe it was the case for me as I had best blasty transferred fresh an didn't take had a double fet and they both took

Take care of yourself an get prepared for the fet an congratulations on a great number

I've considered a freeze all cycle with a natural FET. Natural FET cycles have the highest success rates Last years annual ART conference in Instanbul was recommending that natural FET should become standard. Good luck.

    Hi Kelbel,

I had a freeze all cycle due to risk of ohss too. I was so disappointed at the time, but have since realised it was definitely best to give my body a little rest and then give those embryos the best chance possible.

I had to take a whole cycle off in between. I am now in the tww. You will get there eventually, even though now it may not seem like it!

The FET cycle is definitely less full on. I think if you have probs ovulating they can do a medicated cycle so you do ovulate. But if you do a natural one there are no meds involved. I still seemed to have just as many blood tests and only one less ultrasound than my stim cycle. But obviously with a natural fet you aren't dealing with all the nasty side effects of those drugs!

Take care of yourself during the break. Do all you can to get your body nice and healthy and in the best shape possible for a bfp.

Hi there, I feel for you I really do. I also had a freeze all just over 3 years ago as I had 36 eggs retrieved. I was devastated and had horrible horrible OHSS (still think it was worth than birth!). I recall it took 43 days for AF to return so 3 months before FET. But the plus side was I got pregnant on that transfer! I'm so glad I was made to wait otherwise my precious embroyo would have been wasted.
