    Default Remedies for sore nipples

    Hi there,
    I'm already using nipple cream but what else can I use?

    Breastmilk! Express a little, rub into your nipples and air dry

    If they are starting to crack....and it hurts to feed...dunk them in warm water before u feed as it softens them and doesnt hurt so much upon latching. Walk around the house with no bra and top on...im sure the old guy across the road saw a few sights when my baby was a newborn haha. .

    Definitely breast milk on them after each feed and air drying. Multi mum compresses helped me a great deal if you can find them at a pharmacy.
