Angry Have I lost my baby?

I don't feel unwell or like anything is wrong. Found out 7 days ago that I was pregnant (HPG) got tested @drs 2 days after and it was confirmed. My hcg lvls were 124 and 2 days after another blood test they've dropped to 107. Have to wait a week for further testing of my hcg. I have pcos as I'm obese, have been spotting for weeks and i now have a uti. Would I definitely have lost my baby? Or could this just be totally normal for me and me only? I feel completely crushed but still feel pregnant. Surely I'd know for sure that I'd lost it I'm going crazy

No real advise just support. Could you perhaps make a dr appt and see if you can have an ultrasound?

As pp said, a drop on hcg is never a good sign. If you're not very far along, which your levels indicate, I don't think much would be seen on an ultrasound (even transvaginal). When I miscarried I had no idea I was pregnant, 5 days after I passed everything my hcg was already <2.

124 level is about 4-5 weeks. So a drop isn't a great sign at this stage but the body works in mysterious ways. Fingers crossed for you x
