    Default Fenugreek tablets

Can anyone recommend a particular type or brand of fenugreek tablets for me to try and boost and/or maintain my supply?

There are various brands and the cost varies significantly, particularly on eBay. Happy to pay more if proven to be more beneficial.

I used cenovis fenugreek and thought they were great.

If you want up boost supply, google 'lactation cookie' recipes :-) apparently they're brilliant.

You can also just get Fenugreek seeds. Same thing but a fraction of the cost. I got them at an asian grocery store for about $2. I use them to make a lactation tea with fennel seeds and coriander seeds which you can get from coles

Well I used Herbs Of Gold because that's what was at my health store and it was a fenugreek & blessed thistle mix but it was $37 :/

Yes I made the cookies last time and will again tomorrow. The problem is they taste DEVINE and I always ate too many!

Herbs of gold - I've managed to avoid using motilium for a lot longer this time so I reckon they must work.

Herbs of gold here too, they have a higher dose of fenugreek so you need them less during the day (other brands you need 2 tabs 3 times a day) and mixed with blessed thistle. I found them on vitamin king website WAY cheaper than in the health food store but the shipping is expensive, so I bought 3 bottles at a time to make it worthwhile. Think it worked out about half price and one bottle is about one month's supply.
