Cramps and aching of boobs and tummy, metallic taste. I didn't get morning sickness but just felt constantly nauseous.

I am 4w 6d today. I had some cramping last week and unbelievable fatigue has hit this weekend. I have had mild nausea in the mornings for the past 5 days or so. Those have been my only symptoms. My boobs are fine, I haven't been peeing any more than usual etc.

I barely had any symptoms that early. I was a little crampy and my boobs were a bit sore but that was pretty much how I felt every month right before my period so I was pretty much convinced I wasn't UTD that month. I did the test the day my period was due (as I did obsessively every month lol) and almost fainted when I got two lines. I was convinced the test was dodgy (IC) so I did two more, then went and got a 'real' test from the chemist.

Proper symptoms like extreme hunger and nausea started probably 6ish weeks.

No symptoms at all. I am 7 weeks 4 days today (and have my first US this morning) and I'm still not 100% sure (terrified nothing will be there!).
My only symptom/clue was a missed period. Try not to read too much into it, I always suffered sore boobs, vivid dreams, nausea just before my period. You will drive yourself crazy!
Good luck with your IUIS, the 2ww is killer!

Hungry! Like I'm starving but I want healthy foods... weird but it happened with all my pregnancies.

I have just found out I am 4w3d pregnant and my only sign was sore, swollen breasts. I usually get tenderness and swelling before my period but it was a bit later this month and not quite as sore.

I don't have any nausea although I am feeling hungry. But this could just be me thinking I have permission to eat everything in sight now that I'm pregnant.
