In the office, next to the computer. Then i can use the computer to set up payments online - once paid i write PAID across the letter so i don't accidentally pay it again. Then filed when i can be bothered.

What I do is magnet them to the fridge.

What I should do is write the payment details on a calender or in a diary.

I have a little holder thingy next to the computer. I work at the computer everyday so they are constantly staring me in the face so I remember to pay them.

Most of ours come as email. Paper ones go in the fruit bowl. Then I go online and pay them that night. We like to pay bills straight away. Then everything gets scanned and filed electronically. And I also have a filing cabinet for the hard copies because...I dont know.

    I like filing.

All our regular bills are direct debit. As a result we got really lazy in dealing with mail. We've just put a brochure holder (from office works) on the wall in the kitchen, all mail goes in there and we go through it once a week. Anything that needs to be actioned gets done then, gets pinned to the cork board to sort out later (like a rego or insurance renewal that isnt due for a few weeks) or one of us takes it to sort out that week. Filing goes in a filing tray in the study and we file probably once a month.
