Default Breastfeeds and Solid Feeds with a Catnapper

    Hi all!

So I need your help with knowing what to do when embracing a catnapper and trying to do eat, play, sleep. It obviously doesn't work so well, when sleep is only 30 mins. When DD was younger I would feed 2.5-3 hrly, but now she is on solids she's not even interested in a breastfeed before 3.5 and even then she doesn't take much. And I am winding up withpumpkin streaked spew!! If I leave it to 4 hrs though, there is no time for solids before bed again at 2 hrs awake time and she gets cranky too. Help please! DD is just 6 months

With both my girls I offered meals when I was eating so breakfast lunch and dinner. I only started solids at 6mths so just offered what I was eating.

    Typical day
    Wake 6am ish and bf
    Breakfast 6.30-7am
    Bf then nap

    Wake bf
    Lunch 1hr later
    Bf then nap

Etc. Just offer bf 1hr before solipds
