I remember last years got quite nasty when a little half Asian girl was one of the winners (she was very cute )

Some of the things said were racist and just nasty. Mums were saying things like "its bonds Australia, not bonds Asia"

Its was ugly. Put me off ever entering dd again. I hate baby comps.

Just because someone spams their page doesnt mean they get votes from all their friends. Ive had a heap of people spam my newsfeed asking for votes for all kindss of things, but I dont vote (well, I rarely do anyway).

I entered DS last year and won't be doing it again he was one of the runners up chosen by bonds the whole *****y side of the comp ruins it for everyone I personally don't like "cuteness" comps that are based on votes outside of the company hosting the competition to many nasty things are said and it really is just a parents popularity contest if you have the most friends who will continually vote for your child of course they will win it has nothing to do with their looks!

Did anyone else see the picture of the cat that was entered? If it hadn't been taken down I would have voted for it

    Oh man it's everywhere!

I have no problem with putting your baby in for a bit of fun and I will vote for close friends or family if I get round to it.

But the people constantly spamming Facebook (and prob bubhub) asking you to vote for a friends, nieces, friends baby you've never even met, SO annoying. I've seen a couple of people bump their spamming every morning. Trying to get strangers to vote for your baby? A bit sad.

I remember this was in the news. I was quite disgusted to hear people were making personal attacks on babies.

The ones on bubhub this morning made me wonder, especially the ones that only joined bh to get votes.
