Default Spotting Pre and post period

    Hi all

Has anyone had this or similar?
I was put on pill to get AF due to PCOS and not having it since August!

18-21 feb I spotted, light period 22-24th then more normal 25-28th. I have been spotting since 28th and still here.

Last pill was on the 19th feb and started first round of clomid (50mg) on 23rd.

I'm a bit over the spotting to say the least and I'm just wondering if I should go to GP or keep waiting? I'm meant to ovulate this week. Can I ovulate if spotting?

    Thanks

Spotting can sometimes be caused by the pill you are taking not being high enough in hormones which can cause break thru bleeding. I would go back to your GP and ask for a higher strength pill.

The other thing could be just a hormone imbalance which is def possible having PCOS.
