Amum, wow you've been busy. You've done well to have most of the house done (even with DH around ). Only 2 weeks til your new Home Sweet Home, bet you can't wait.
MG, enjoy dining out and GP!
Kismet, I feel for you, it is really tough trying to get back into the workforce as a mum. Part-time jobs are in high demand and short supply. Not sure if you have anything like it in your area, but in Melbourne there is a recruitment agency solely for mums, called "Just for Mums" and they assist mums in getting back into the work force and finding part-time jobs in family friendly companies. Fantastic idea and there always seems to be jobs regularly available on their website. Be great if you could find something like that over your way.
Amum, feeling very little to be honest which is always a bit scary. Aside from the tiredness, 2hrly wee stops through the night and a fat gut (probably more due to overindulgence in chocolate), I really don't feel terribly pregnant. Would rather be nauseous and vomiting to feel like things are relatively good and normal. Still have the fear of the big M word in the back of my mind.
Sonja, what fantastic results from the bloods . Another milestone down and in a few weeks you'll be half way!! - is it going fast for you? Seems to be flying. Funny reading about Marc, as my DH was the baby with three older sisters and his father said he was very slow to talk for the same reason. He didn't need to - he had three sisters doting on him and preempting his every need. He turned out just fine - perhaps a little too good with words at times .
JFB, thanks for the good luck... scan day tomorrow (postponed a day). Nervously excited... I will be 5 weeks 6 days, so am a little nervous we may not see heartbeat this early. Oh well, will just have to wait and see.
