Just a quick me post. Ive cramping all day and was woken by it last night. Just went to the loo and I'm bleeding again. It's not too heavy but enough to have me worried. On my way to the GP for bloods to see how my beta is going.

    Hi Papillion,

I couldn't read your post about transferring perfect embryos and not reply. I had been transferring some average quality embryos and not getting pregnant and I really felt I had an implantation issue. I have one DS (ivf #2) but after another 5 or so cycles we were ready to give up. In a last ditch effort we saw a new FS who sent me for a specialised untrasound which found I had adenomyosis - endo in the uterus, which stops implantation from happening. I had zoladex injections for 6 months and then cycled. I am now 8 weeks preg from a pretty fragmented embryo which leads me to believe it was an implantation issue. Maybe ask your FS about it. It's a pretty new condition associated with infertility but often found in women transferring perfect embies but no BFP. I seriously hope yours is just around the corner

Thanks Octoberbaby, it's good to hear other opinions. I had surgery over 1 year ago, and I know I have endometriosis, but my uterus was all clear then.
It has been suggested by 3 drs now that the endo is likely to be worse than originally anticipated (I have loads on the bowel that was never excised) therefore I guess it could have spread. I'm willing to do another 2 cycles before another laparoscopy. You say this was diagnosed by ultrasound? Shouldn't it have been detected before now? Who was your FS if you don't mind me asking? TFC can only help me so far, they've said as much. Further investigations require seperate FS input. Yeesht, hate giving zoladex implants let alone taking them. Thanks for sharing & good luck with your pregnancy.x

Papillon, Dr Dunphy from Monash at Sunnybank was the FS who diagnosed me. He said the ultrasound was really specialised and can only be done by certain doctors. It was about $400 and i had to go to the city. I nearly didn't bother doing it because I really didn't think I would have it. The technician on the day said I was ok but I actually had a moderate to severe case! There's some info about it on the Bubtree website.

This journey really is so hard and we go through so much trying to find answers. I really hope things work out for you. I thought my endo might have been causing issues but my previous FS didn't think so and was reluctant to do another laparoscopy, although probably would have if I'd pushed harder. I have low AMH, am nearly 40 and had low numbers and not great quality embryos. A new FS and new protocol made the difference. Keep on keeping on - even when the going is tough. Good luck to everyone x.

Sorry to hear how it ended Mrsais I know how you feel but having been through both natural and D&C, natural is much nicer. Hoping you get another BFP soon. Are you going to the clinic at all?

Ngaiz, sorry to hear about the bleeding. I know Twiglets had a fair bit of bleeding so maybe she can chime in. Apparently it's quite normal. Your levels were good so nothing to worry about but another BETA will calm you I'm sure.

    Pap, thinking of you xx

Kitty, great second number and I LOVE your ticker!

As for me, ultrasound on Monday went great (there was a heartbeat). I didn't get the heartbeat measured but I saw it flickering away and the Dr seemed really happy. It was measuring 2 days behind at 6w4d. I am having another scan Monday week because of my MC history and hopefully the bean will keep on growing!

Hi everyone. Thank you all for your thoughts, you're all such great support. The bleeding stopped as fast as it came on and my beta came back at <30000 (29dpo) not sure if the exact number but it's high and still rising so that's all that matters.
