    Muffin flavour combinations. We are having a baking day today and I am after some inspiration for muffin flavours. Sick of the same old ones we usually make

    You have me sold, one batch will definately be white choc & raspberry. Can I use frozen berries that have been thawed?

    You can, but I use jam.
    My other fav is apple and cinnamon.
    Or banana and dark chocolate.
