    Default Please help its driving me crazy

    My husband was away for a week and got back at 1am this morning I was over the moon that he was home so I could not get to sleep all in all I had 3hours max sleep so Sunday morning I was up at 430 and asleep by 11 than awake at 2 when he got home
    I have the biggest migraine I have had ever
    taken panadol
    i feel sick in the stomach and now I have the what feels like after grog sshakes any ssuggestions everyone is saying go home and sleep but I own my own business an only my husband and I in it

    That sounds how I get when I'm over tired or dehydrated. Have you had heaps of water? I'd try drinking a whole heap of water. When I was pregnant & had migraines I found ribena helped. Don't know if it was just a mind thing but it really did help. Hope you feel better soon.

    Hi

    Thanks I have had a heap of water and something to eat. Slowly feeling better.
    I may get some Ribena I used to love that as a little kid.
    Thanks for the advice
