    I was struggling with my trolley once, as I couldn't get it to stay still for long enough to get DD out - let alone the unload groceries - and a little boy came over and said "Excuse me, but would you like me to take your trolley back when you're finished, so that you don't have to leave your baby?"

    He would have been about 6. He completely made my day. I saw his mum waiting off to one side while he did that, and thought how proud she must have been of her awesome little boy.

    I think we need to reopen the thread on whether people should be shopping with 4 or more kids

    This is why I shop at night.

    Yeah I never take the kids unless I'm literally buying 3 or 4 things. I've come to realise after bubhub over the years shopping with kids is just a no no. Way too easy for me to be judged for about 100 things that could happen

    I refuse to shop with my kids luckily they are both at school this year but before this they stayed home with their father.
