    Default irregular periods after birth??

how are your periods since giving birth?
mine returned at 6mths with both of my sons but my oldest was on formula from 5mths and my youngest(10mths) is still breastfed.
i have had a 29day cycle and a 39day cycle and now i am on day 65, no i have not tested yet.
not sure if the breastfeeding means my cycle is a longer one???

Mine returned at 6 months and were somewhat irregular - longest was about 42 days and the shortest about 26 days. My cycles did get closer together though and then hovered around 26-29 days.

Breastfeeding could definitely be affecting your cycles, but if I was you I would also be POASing!

Yes after i had DD2 my period was very irregular once it returned at 8 months. I had what I thought was an extremely long cycle when DD2 was 16 months so I decided to POAS and got a beautiful BFP! Maybe give it a go??

I'm the opposite. Irregular periods before birth and now they're like clockwork every 27 days but the downside is I'm not ovulating until week 3 giving only a very short LP of 7-8 days . Stupid body.

Mine returned at 6months after DD4, had irregular cycles or skipping AF for the 5 months and the last 2 have been normal again but extremely heavy and painful which I put down to my tubal ligation.
