just wondering if you could please share your favourite breakfast, lunch or snack ideas that are gluten/wheat free and also suitable for diabetics (gestational diabetes).
As I have insulin resistance I've been told ill most likely get gestational diabetes, so id love to get a head start with my diet. I've tried researching online but its hard to find info on gluten/wheat free as well. Have been to a diabetic dietician quite a long time ago but she still encouraged me to eat wheat based products so I wasn't very happy about that.... I feel so sick whenever I eat it. So I guess I'll look into seeing if there's any other dieticians around, but in the meantime I'm really stuck for breakfast ideas!
