I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and am training to run 5k. I am up to 4.2km and hopefully in about another week I will be up to 5k. The running helps me a little with morning sickness but I am only doing that 3 days a week. I want to get a pregnancy workout DVD that I can do at home to hopefully curb my sickness. I have an 8.5 month old already so my body is still a bit soft and squishy from my last pregnancy, esp my tummy!
Does anyone have any great recommendations for a work out DVD to tone me up and keep me fit?
