    Hey MonkeySeeMonkeyDo,

I take Elevit every day and have a regular 12 day lp. Since TTC (8mths now) I've only ever had one 11 day lp and that was in the earlier days. Gees sounds like 'back in the olden days" hahaha

    :-)

I stopped taking elevit two months ago and started taking b vitamins (mega B complex) three months ago. Went from lp of 13 days with spotting on 12dpo to the last two months having lp of 14 days and spotting starting on 13dpo. Didn't intend to extend my lp but the last two months its been 14 rather than 13 days. Definitely worth a shot.

Edit: Since stopping elevit and taking b vits its seems i have more progesterone in the tww - i have more prog symptoms (bigger bbs etc) and my temps are more stable (they used to drop below of cover line a couple of times). Also my bbt has gone up 0.1-0.2 C over my whole cycle as well...

    Hi

I am new to this thread. My partner and I are trying to TTC baby no 3 but it will be my partners first pregnancy (I carried the first 2 bubs). We are due to test at the end of the week.

My partner has had trouble falling pregnant in the past so this time around on top of Conceive Well Gold, she had been taking Vitamin B6 to help lengthen her LP and in her 3rd cycle of using it, she has gone from a average LP of 11 days to last cycle being 14 days.

This cycle we have also added Co-EnzymeQ10 as there has been studies showing that this can improve egg quality. This cycle my partner got a +OPK on CD14 (maybe because of the CoQ10?) as she normally doesn't get a +OPK on average til CD16. So we have fingers crossed that this is a good sign.

Here is an article on CoQ10 and fertility for those who aren't aware of it. I only just found out about it last month... http://www.advancedfertility.com/blo...and-fertility/
