    Yes! Stopped using epo and elevit and my ewcm was clearer and stretcher and I O a day or two earlier than when i took the vits. Now i just take mega B

    I might try just taking megafol and B instead of my swiss preg ultivate... although, I can't remember really having ewcm since entering my 30s.

    I find my I have more egwcm when taking my swiss or elivit and drinking lots of water helps too. I bearly drink fluids as it is but now.ive started drinking lots of water its helped alot

    Thanks all for the replies, I will switch to the ifolic instead of Swisse conception!

    Having killer abdominal pain today....can't work out if its something I ate last night (no nausea or digestive upset) or painful O! Either way will BD incase haha!

    Might be painful ovulation pain... I had that a few cycles ago but not this time around.... I get a really sore cervix so dtd got a bit painful around ovulation time.

    Ohh what kind of shoes Channy? (I love shoes!)
