Triphastic charts are associated with pregnancy charts but can still occur in non-pregnancy charts.

Its a good sign, especially if you have preg symptoms too! Fx

AFM - AF has definately arrived, all guns blazing and then some So bloated and just generally Yuck! Im going to take a relaxed approach, ive already forgotten my CD, and thats good my EDD now would be somewhere between xmas and NYE if i got UTD, and im not happy to stop ttc, but dont want to actively try...so forgetting where im at and just DTD whenever we want is our plan of attack for this month. Im not even sure when AF is due, So ill just test ANZAC day... its a friends birthday, and the day i got my BFP with my angel bub so maybe the stars will align and we get another BFP then??
Oh shadow - I hate CD1 too! It was yesterday also, had appt with an hours waiting time prior with the kids, then some other stuff went pear-shaped and I ended up losing it right around dinner time! At least it held off til then. I think we are almost cycle buddies, except your cycles are shorter than mine - All the best...even though you aren't "trying" this month.
