    Default Lite and easy

I love curries and Asian dishes so I loved lite n easy. They are tasty but meals are on the small side in comparison to what I would cook for myself .

I found the food pretty good! The portions are on the smaller side and take a few days to get used to but as your stomach shrinks they are fine. So convenient with a new baby! We did it! No shopping, no cooking, no dishes! Some of the meals are average but on the whole they are quite tasty - for frozen food! DH and I also lost a about 4 kgs each in the first month!

my only concern would be that if you are planning to breastfeed that you don't get enough calories. I think on average you need to consume about 500 calories more than required to maintain your pre-pregnancy weight. So you definitely don't want to be eating less!

For frozen food - they are quite ok.

I usually have some in the freezer for convenience meals. I think they'll be fine for what you need.

I liked them and found the sizes pretty good. Whatever you do though, don't get the roast dinners, they're horrible!

I have tried these before and although I didn't mind the dinners, my partner though they were too bland.
I liked the roast dinners the best; turkey was my favorite as well as the rissoles.

I was personally thinking of doing the same for when I first get out and try to get a handle on everything. I think I would be too overwhelmed to cook as well as take care of a brand new baby.

I tried these around 10 years ago so they're probably completely different now but back then they were seriously bland. Everything was drowned in sweet sauces (asian meals) and there wasn't enough fresh veg.
