Default Help!! All contacts lost on phone

So I just noticed all my contacts have disappeared from my iPhone. They were there last night or today.

Is there a way I can recover them easily?

Do you sync it with iTunes regularly? If so then plug it into the computer and it should put them back on.

When you plug it in there will be a restore button to click on iTunes. This should restore your phone to the last back up

If you stop the sync when you plug your phone in and copy the new photos off your phone (and anything else that wasn't there at last backup) then do rhe encrypted backup you just have to download your apps again. Or that's what I do.

But maybe wait for someone else to confirm as its been a whole since I did it. But I know you'll lose all new photos.

Any apps you've put on since the last backup won't be on there but if you search them in the App Store it will come up that you have already purchased them and let you reinstall for free. Once you've bought an app it can be deleted and reinstalled as many times as necessary at no further cost.

If you go into your App Store there is a kits of apps you have that are and aren't on your device. You can click on the ones you want to download again, saves you searching for them all again,
