    Default Breast feeding when you've had a nipple piercing?

    I had my left nipple pierced years ago, for about 2 or 3 years i Think... I took it out in 2005. It was never infected or gave me issues at all during the piercing or since.
    Now i'm starting to leak colostrum, and i've noticed there's much more (and more consistently) from my right.
    Has anyone had trouble with bf after a piercing?

    No problem with my holey nipple - actually my babe preferred the ex-pierced side - probably better flow as you described!

    I had both mine done at one time or another. They had been out for about 7-8 years when I started breast feeding. I haven't had any trouble.

    Had both nipples pierced for years, took them both out just before I fell pregnant the first time, absolutely no issues breastfeeding
