I used Woolies online when I was heavily pregnant until DS was a few months old. I never had any problems with the quality of the fruit and veg. I live in Sydney, so I don't know if location makes a difference to quality.

I tried woolworths a few weeks ago and was very disappointed! All my cold foods were warm and all my frozen foods were defrosted.

I emailed with no reply, I posted on their Facebook wall and never once got a apology, took a week to get a refund and ill never shop there again. The way they handled it was wrong and quite rude.

I'm all for supporting local farmers but I just couldn't afford to keep that up.

I order my groceries online with Woolworths and I have never had an issue with quality in the 12 months I have done it! I agree with pp, sometimes I make mistakes with quantity and over order or under order but I'm getting better! If you are not satisfied with something, they are very happy to replace! I check my dairy used by dates before the delivery man leaves. I think there has been a few time when I have sent back milk with him that is close to the used by date! The only issue I have is that sometimes they run out of stuff and as I don't choose to substitute with any product, I don't get it and then you have to go to the shops anyway! That is a pain! But on a whole... Love it!

Yep - I agree. Fruit is always fresher than the shops when I buy online. It comes straight from the warehouse instead of sitting in the shops for x amount of time first.

Meat is always the same as in store.

Great budgeting online too. You can add and remove things from your cart easily.

    FTR - I use Woolworths.

I shop with woolworths online and the meat has always been fine, once you get used to how to order the quantity you need its great.I get my fruit and veg too but there are some things i go and grab instore myself like strawberries, bananas and avocado but ive always found the quality of high standard
