I didn't do collection til day 23. It really depends on your body an how you respond to the treatment.

I was worried about the exact same thing Asher so I rang the clinic and was reassured that they would work all through the Easter break. I started injections yesterday EPU should be the 26th then ET 29th.
    Good luck

Wow you guys, the suspense is killing me, can't wait for your BFPs!?
I was going to wait another month but after reading through am going to jump in !

Just waiting on AF.. Which is suspiciously LATE (I did have a laparoscopy) but going to do a test today anyway (yes I'm single but I still did manage to get it on this month)

    So maybe..

Either way enjoying following your stories.

Just POAS ... Negative .. Will try again in a few days .. It's prob just the lap surgery causing the delay

No I haven't picked my donor yet .. But I've booked my "orientation" to the clinic and it all apparently goes from there ... How am I going to choose a donor based on words on a page!!!???

Kelbel- woohoo!!!! Go you!! That's a great number

I believe- I'm happy to help you pick a donor . Here was some of my selection criteria:
    - firstly eliminate anyone with a family history of medical problems
    - pick someone who has been used by others with success (if you can)
    - must look somewhat like me, ie yes I loooove little black bubbas with their big eyes, but that would completely cancel me out. So someone with similar colouring is a good start.
    - same with interests, pick someone with similar interests to you. You don't want to date them, but if your a sporty type how will you feel if your child is artistic?
    - you will just get a vibe off some that you like or don't like.

Are you importing from the US or using local stuff? Lots of the imported ones talk about religion, and I had no intention of raising my child religious so I eliminated those. Although religion isn't genetic I give some thought to how the person making the donation wanted their child to be raised. Most don't give any indication how they see them raised but those that did I avoided. I don't want to feel guilty for not feeding my child organic foods or taking them to church!

As for me I'm PUPO (pregnant till proven otherwise)!!! About to fly home now. Happy to get back to my girl. I just transferred 1.

Hey Wise Enough and everyone else.. sorry I'm not keeping up everyday with this forum but really appreciate reading through everyone else's experiences and words of support. Thanks for everyone sharing It's really comforting and helps me to feel like i'm not the only one going through it at the moment.

I've been feeling really great the whole way through this first ivf cycle. My EPU was on Monday and we only got 3 eggs and all fertilised. implanted one A+ (sorry don't know the specs) on Thursday and now my DH won't stop calling me PUPO. Blood test is due on Monday 25th to determine if successful or not. Decided will not POS until then (if I can help it).

I'm trying not to be too distracted by everything that is happening but am having to slow down as i'm getting exhausted so quickly (anyone else experiencing this??).. not sure how I will go back at work next week as my work is quite physical and long (12-13hr) days.

I'm hoping to hear today or tomorrow whether our other 2 embryos are good to freeze. Did anyone else get options like assisted hatching and glue at implant stage? We opted to use both 'extras' so will see if it pays off.

I'm just on crinone now every 12 hours. Any new comers.. its really not as scary as you think it is going to be.. the needles were probably the biggest hurdle for me but i'm a needle phobe. Oh and my DH said that the rooms we used need better porn hahaha. Keep smiling and hopefully we can all beat the odds
