    Yep I'm sold on using bobby pins bumpy side down. Tried it for the first time today and its awesome!

    And in terms of the petrol cap side. A way to remember for Ford and Holden (just those two I've paid attention too). Is a Holden's a driver (drivers side) and a Ford's a passenger (passenger side). Really helps when driving one that doesn't have the arrow to tell you.

    15 years of hair dressing many many hair up courses and I can honestly say that no they do not go that way the flat side goes against the head, they are also meant to be hidden in the hair
